Section 461.140 - Application for insigne1. Each manufacturer must apply to the Division, on a form provided by the Division, for an insigne of the Division's approval for each unit, building or component he or she manufactures for sale in Nevada.2. The application may be made with or after the application for approval of his or her plans. The manufacturer must also submit the applicable fees.Nev. Admin. Code § 461.140
