Section 459.986 - Inspection of vehicles; verification of drivers' qualifications1. Any vehicle used to transport hazardous materials in this State is subject to inspection.2. The qualifications of the driver of a vehicle used to transport hazardous materials in this State are subject to verification.3. Any such inspection will be conducted by employees of the Division, in conformity with the national uniform inspection procedure and vehicle and driver out-of-service standards adopted by the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance and by the Division.Nev.
