Section 459.999 - Severability

If any provision of NAC 459.9921 to 459.999, inclusive, or the application of any such provision to any person, thing or circumstance is held invalid, it is intended that the invalidity not affect the remaining provisions, or their application, that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application.
