Section 459.95345 - Permit required for construction; preliminary meeting with Division1. Before an owner or operator of a facility may commence the construction of a new process subject to C.A.P.P., the owner or operator must obtain a permit to construct the new process from the Division pursuant to NAC 459.95345 to 459.953467, inclusive.2. Before applying for a permit to construct a new process, the owner or operator of the process must meet with the Division to discuss:(a) The scope of the project and the applicable codes and standards relating to the design and construction of the project;(b) The requirements for the submission of documents; and(c) The schedule for the construction of the project.Nev.
