Section 459.95291 - "Public receptor" defined"Public receptor" means an off-site:
2. Institution such as a school or hospital;3. Industrial, commercial or office building; or4. Park or recreational area, that is inhabited or occupied by the public without restriction by the facility, in which the public could be exposed as a result of an accidental release to toxic concentrations, radiant heat or overpressure.Nev.
