Section 459.95247 - "Explosives manufacturing operation" defined

"Explosives manufacturing operation" means a process that involves the manufacture of explosives for sale even if highly hazardous substances are also used in the explosives manufacturing operation. The term includes the manufacture of devices containing explosives and explosive storage sites that are incidental to the manufacture of explosives for sale.
