Section 459.95225 - "C.A.P.P." defined

"C.A.P.P." defined. "C.A.P.P." means the Chemical Accident Prevention Program for the State of Nevada and encompasses the provisions of NRS 459.380 to 459.3874, inclusive, and NAC 459.952 to 459.95528, inclusive.
