Section 459.95526 - Administration and enforcement of certain federal regulations1. The provisions of this section apply only during periods when federal authority is delegated to the Division pursuant to Subpart E of 40 C.F.R. Part 63.2. Upon receiving delegation of federal authority pursuant to Subpart E of 40 C.F.R. Part 63, the Division shall administer and enforce the provisions of 40 C.F.R. §§ 68.3 to 68.215, inclusive, and Appendix A of 40 C.F.R. Part 68, which are hereby adopted by reference.3. A copy of the volume that contains 40 C.F.R. §§ 68.3 to 68.215, inclusive, or Appendix A of 40 C.F.R. Part 68 can be obtained by mail from the U.S. Government Publishing Office, P.O.
