Section 459.3141 - Medical use of radioactive material

A radiation safety officer for a specific license for the medical use of radioactive material must satisfy the training and experience requirements set forth in the definition of a radiation safety officer pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 35.2, as adopted by reference in NAC 459.3062.
