Section 459.3635 - Records of program for protection against radiation1. Each licensee and registrant shall maintain records of its program for protection against radiation required pursuant to NAC 459.321, including: (a) The provisions of the program; and(b) The results of audits and other reviews of the content and implementation of the program.2. The licensee or registrant shall retain the records required by paragraph (a) of subsection 1 until the Division terminates each license or registration requiring the record. The licensee or registrant shall retain each record required by paragraph (b) of subsection 1 for at least 3 years after the record is made.Nev. Admin. Code § 459.3635
