Section 459.361 - Disposal of waste: Treatment or disposal by incineration

A licensee may treat or dispose of licensed radioactive material by incineration only in the amounts and forms:

1. Specified in NAC 459.3615; or

2. Approved by the Division pursuant to NAC 459.3595.
