Section 459.156 - Registration certificate: Issuance; incorporation of additional requirements and conditions1. Upon a determination that an applicant meets the requirements of NAC 459.150 to 459.166, inclusive, the Division shall issue a registration certificate for the radiation machine or for the person installing, servicing or repairing radiation machines on the appropriate form.2. The Division may incorporate in the registration certificate at the time of issuance or thereafter by appropriate regulations or order any additional requirements and conditions with respect to the receipt, possession, use and transfer of radiation machines by the registrant as it deems appropriate or necessary.Nev.
