Section 459.704 - Purpose; applicability1. The provisions of NAC 459.680 to 459.733, inclusive, establish radiation safety requirements for persons engaged in X-ray industrial radiography. These requirements are in addition to and not in substitution for other applicable requirements of NAC 459.010 to 459.950, inclusive.2. The provisions of NAC 459.680 to 459.733, inclusive, apply to all registrants who engage in X-ray industrial radiography.Nev. Admin. Code § 459.704
