"X-ray industrial radiography" means the examination of the macroscopic structure of materials by nondestructive methods utilizing X-ray sources of radiation. The term includes, without limitation, such an examination by an X-ray system which is designed as a screening system for the security of personnel and is used to detect contraband and weapons.
