Section 459.7695 - Use of radioactive markers and uranium sinker bars1. A licensee shall not use radioactive markers in wells if the individual markers contain quantities of radioactive material which exceed the quantities specified in NAC 459.188.2. The use of radioactive markers is subject to the requirements of NAC 459.7675.3. A licensee shall not use a uranium sinker bar in well logging if the bar is not legibly impressed with the words "CAUTION - RADIOACTIVE-DEPLETED URANIUM" and "NOTIFY CIVIL AUTHORITIES (or COMPANY NAME) IF FOUND."Nev.
