Section 459.7681 - Records of sources of radiation used1. Each licensee or registrant shall maintain records of each use of a source of radiation in well logging, which must include:(a) The make, model and number of sources of radiation used and a serial number or a description of each source of radiation;(b) The name of the logging supervisor who is responsible for the safe use of sources of radiation;(c) The names of logging assistants present; and(d) The location and date of use of the sources of radiation.2. A licensee or registrant shall make available for inspection by the Division the records required by subsection 1 and must retain the records for 3 years after the date of the recorded use of a source of radiation in a well logging operation.Nev.
