Section 459.7595 - "Logging supervisor" defined

"Logging supervisor" means any person who uses radioactive material or provides personal supervision in the use of radioactive material at a temporary job site and who is responsible to the licensee for assuring compliance with the requirements of the Division's regulations and the conditions of the license.
