Section 459.738 - Compliance with certain provisions of Code of Federal Regulations regarding program for inspecting and maintaining transport containers

A program for inspecting and maintaining transport containers that complies with the provisions of 10 CFR § 34.31(b), as those provisions existed on January 1, 2001, shall be deemed to comply with the applicable provisions of Part 71 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, as those provisions existed on January 1, 2001.
