Section 459.656 - Scope

The provisions of NAC 459.640 to 459.664, inclusive, establish requirements, binding upon registrants, for use of analytical X-ray equipment. These requirements are in addition to, and not in substitution for, other applicable requirements of NAC 459.010 to 459.794, inclusive.
