Section 459.3125 - Disposal of by-product materialA licensee may dispose of by-product material specified in subsections 3 and 4 of NAC 459.022:
1. At a facility licensed pursuant to 10 C.F.R. Part 61 or equivalent regulations of an agreement state, even though it is not defined as low-level radioactive waste, if it meets the requirements of NAC 459.313; or2. At any disposal facility authorized to dispose of such material in accordance with any federal or state solid or hazardous waste law, including the Solid Waste Disposal Act, as authorized pursuant to the Energy Policy Act of 2005, Public Law 109-058.Nev.
