If the test discloses more than 0.005 microcurie (185 becquerels) of radioactive material, the source shall be deemed to be leaking americium-241 or radium-226 and the source must be rejected and must not be transferred to a general licensee pursuant to NAC 459.224, 10 C.F.R. § 31.8 or an equivalent regulation of an agreement state.Nev.
