Section 459.123 - Enforcement by Division of provisions of statute and regulation governing state control of radiation

The Division shall enforce the provisions of NRS 459.010 to 459.290, inclusive, and NAC 459.010 to 459.950, inclusive, and any other applicable state or federal laws or regulations, and any orders, terms, conditions or limitations adopted pursuant to those provisions or applicable laws or regulations.
