Section 459.99168 - Review of applications and allocation of moneyThe Commission may:
1. Place each application for an allocation of money from the Contingency Account for Hazardous Materials that is submitted to the Commission by a state agency for training and equipping state and local personnel to respond to accidents and incidents involving hazardous materials on an agenda for consideration at a future meeting of the Commission;2. Review each application for an allocation of money that is submitted by a state agency; and3. Allocate money to a state agency: (a) Based on the availability of money in the Contingency Account for Hazardous Materials; and(b) If the application for an allocation of money satisfies the conditions set forth in NAC 459.99163 to 459.99167, inclusive.Nev.
