Section 459.99967 - Failure to appear; hearing without participation of respondentIf:
1. A respondent fails to appear at a hearing;2. The hearing officer has not granted a continuance;3. The Division offers proof that the respondent was given proper notice of the hearing; and4. The hearing officer makes a determination that the respondent was given proper notice of the hearing, the hearing officer may proceed to hear the case on its merits without the participation of the respondent.Nev.
