Section 459.9709 - "Management of hazardous waste" defined

"Management of hazardous waste" means services relating to the identification, sampling, handling, packaging, storage, labeling, treatment, reduction, recycling, permitting, recordkeeping, manifesting, transportation or disposal of hazardous waste.
