Section 459.970 - Definitions

As used in NAC 459.970 to 459.9729, inclusive, and section 33 of this regulation, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NAC 459.97002 to 459.9716, inclusive, have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.
