Section 458.039 - "Notice of subgrant award" defined

"Notice of subgrant award" means a written agreement signed by the Health Division and an operator which specifies the amount of any funding awarded to a program of the operator by the Health Division and any conditions on the funding which must be satisfied for the program to remain eligible to receive the funding.
