Section 458.203 - Duties of operatorThe operator of a coalition program shall:
1. Ensure that the governing body of the coalition program meets at least quarterly, keeps minutes of the meetings and makes copies of the minutes available for review by the Division upon request.2. Meet the applicable requirements of NAC 458.103 to 458.183, inclusive.3. Ensure that all records of the coalition program are kept for at least 4 years, including, without limitation, fiscal records, information reported to the Division, records which substantiate any information reported to the Division and records which substantiate any claims for funds from the Division.Nev.
