Section 458.113 - Duties of Health Division upon receipt of application; period of certification1. Upon receipt of a completed application for initial certification or recertification of a program, the Division or its designee shall: (a) Review the application;(b) Schedule and perform an inspection of the program;(c) Review the services listed in the application to ensure compliance with the criteria of the Division; and(d) Provide a written report of the findings of the inspection to the applicant.2. If the Division finds that the program is in compliance with the requirements set forth in this chapter, the Division must issue a written initial certification or recertification of the program.3. The Division may issue an initial certification or recertification of a program for a period not to exceed 2 years. The Division shall determine the period of each initial certification or recertification based upon the criteria for the length of certification set forth in the criteria of the Division.Nev. Admin.
