Section 458.103 - Certification required to receive funding from Health Division

A program must be certified by the Division to be eligible for any state or federal money for programs for alcohol or other substance use disorders administered by the Division pursuant to chapter 458 of NRS for the prevention or treatment of substance-related disorders.
