Section 457.555 - Eligibility for participation in Program to receive cancer drug

A person who wishes to receive a cancer drug dispensed pursuant to the Program must be:

1. A resident of this State;

2. Diagnosed as having cancer; and

3. Approved to participate in the Program pursuant to NAC 457.560.
