Section 455C.642 - Summary suspension of operating permit, certificate, certificate of competency or work card: Modification or revocation

A summary suspension may be modified or revoked upon written notice to the holder of the operating permit, certificate, certificate of competency or work card or the owner of a boiler, elevator or pressure vessel given pursuant to the provisions of NAC 455C.618.
