Section 455C.292 - Working pressure for nonstamped pressure vessels

If a pressure vessel is not stamped with a symbol of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers but the pressure vessel satisfies the requirements of the code, the maximum allowable working pressure of the pressure vessel is the maximum allowable working pressure as determined by the designer of the pressure vessel and stamped on the pressure vessel.
