Section 455C.174 - Condemned boilers or pressure vessels1. An inspector or special inspector shall stamp a boiler or pressure vessel that he or she has inspected and declared unsafe with the letters "XXX" on each side of the number that indicates the registration of the boiler or pressure vessel with the National Board or the number designated by the Mechanical Compliance Section. Such a stamp indicates that the boiler or pressure vessel is condemned.2. A person shall not use or offer for sale in this State a boiler or pressure vessel that has been stamped pursuant to subsection 1.Nev. Admin. Code § 455C.174
