If an inspector or special inspector determines that there is a violation of the code, the inspector or special inspector shall notify the owner of the boiler or pressure vessel in writing and describe the nature of the violation, including a reference to the provision of the code that was violated. The Mechanical Compliance Section shall take such action as it determines is appropriate pursuant to NAC 455C.616.
