Section 455C.112 - Prerequisites to operation of new boiler or pressure vesselA new boiler or pressure vessel must not be operated in this State unless:
1. The owner of the boiler or pressure vessel has complied with the requirements for an operating permit set forth in NAC 455C.140; and2. The boiler or pressure vessel is designed, constructed, inspected, stamped and installed in accordance with the code.Nev. Admin. Code § 455C.112
