Section 455C.102 - "Standard boiler or pressure vessel" defined

"Standard boiler or pressure vessel" means a boiler or pressure vessel which:

1. Bears the stamp of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers or of a standard of construction that is approved by the National Board; and

2. Is registered with the National Board.
