Section 455C.058 - "Inspection organization" defined

"Inspection organization" means an owner or user of boilers or pressure vessels who maintains an inspection program that includes inspection procedures which comply with the National Board Inspection Code adopted by reference in NAC 455C.108 and have been approved by the Mechanical Compliance Section.
