Section 455C.024 - "Authorized inspection entity" defined"Authorized inspection entity" means:
1. The Mechanical Compliance Section;2. An insurance company that:(a) Is licensed in this State to write insurance for a boiler or pressure vessel; and(b) Employs or contracts with a special inspector who has been issued a certificate; or3. An inspection organization that employs or contracts with a special inspector who has been issued a certificate.Nev. Admin. Code § 455C.024
