Section 455C.020 - Definitions

As used in NAC 455C.020 to 455C.300, inclusive, and sections 2 and 3, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NAC 455C.022 to 455C.106, inclusive, and sections 2 and 3 have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.
