Except as otherwise provided in this section, an operator shall submit to the association for operators at least once per calendar quarter an update on any changes to the geographic area of any subsurface installation owned, operated, maintained or controlled by the operator in this State. An operator is not required to submit an update pursuant to this section if no such changes have occurred.
