Section 455.085 - "Proposed area of the excavation or demolition" defined

"Proposed area of the excavation or demolition" means the area identified by the excavator pursuant to the provisions of NAC 455.115 and subparagraph (2) of paragraph (b) of subsection 1 of NRS 455.110.
