Section 455.400 - Briefs

In any hearing, the Commission or presiding officer may order briefs to be filed within a reasonable time. The briefs must be filed in accordance with the provisions of NAC 703.132 and must be accompanied by an acknowledgment of or an affidavit showing service on each party to the complaint.
