Section 453D.796 - Collection and testing of random samples from marijuana establishments for comparison with results reported by testing facilities1. At the request of the Department of Taxation, the State Department of Agriculture may collect and test random samples from marijuana establishments and compare the results of its testing to the results reported by marijuana testing facilities.2. A marijuana establishment shall provide samples to the State Department of Agriculture upon request if the State Department of Agriculture conducts testing pursuant to subsection 1.Nev. Admin.
