Section 453D.295 - Surrender of license if marijuana establishment has not received final inspection; extension of time for final inspection; fee not refundable1. If a marijuana establishment has not received a final inspection within 12 months after the date on which the Department issued a license to the marijuana establishment, the marijuana establishment must surrender the license to the Department. The Department may extend the period specified in this subsection if the Department, in its discretion, determines that extenuating circumstances prevented the marijuana establishment from receiving a final inspection within the period specified in this subsection.2. If a marijuana establishment surrenders a license to the Department pursuant to this section, the applicable licensing fee paid by the marijuana establishment is not refundable.Nev. Admin.
