Section 453D.285 - Written notice of denial of application

If the Department does not issue to an applicant a license for a marijuana establishment, the Department must provide written notice to the applicant stating that the Department did not issue a license to the applicant as a result of the provisions of NAC 453D.272 and 453D.278.
