Section 453D.178 - Investigative authority of Department relating to violations of chapter, enforcement and adoption of regulations and recommending legislationThe Department will make appropriate investigations:
1. To determine whether there has been any violation of this chapter or chapter 453D of NRS.2. To determine any facts, conditions, practices or matters which it may deem necessary or proper to aid in the enforcement of any such law or regulation.3. To aid in adopting regulations.4. To secure information as a basis for recommending legislation relating to chapter 453D of NRS.Nev. Admin. Code § 453D.178
