Section 453D.160 - "Marijuana" interpreted to exclude industrial hemp

As used in chapter 453D of NRS, the Department will interpret "marijuana" to exclude industrial hemp, as defined in NRS 557.040, which is grown or cultivated pursuant to chapter 557 of NRS.
