Section 453D.136 - "Seed-to-sale tracking system" defined

"Seed-to-sale tracking system" means an electronic database which is used to monitor in real time the chain of custody of marijuana from the point of acquisition or planting to the end consumer and which is accessible by the Department and by marijuana establishments.
