Section 453D.048 - "Foreign matter" defined

"Foreign matter" means:

1. Any plant matter, other than the marijuana product itself, which is more than 2 millimeters in size and constitutes more than 5 percent of the marijuana product; or

2. Any physical contaminant,

which is included in the marijuana product.
